Edelbrock Corp. Declares Semi-Annual Dividend; Semi-Annual Payments Reflect Company's Strong Financial Position and Desire to Reward Shareholders

    TORRANCE, Calif.--Oct. 12, 2000--Edelbrock Corporation declared a $0.02 per share semi-annual dividend on the company's Common Stock.
    The dividend is payable on November 15, 2000, to shareholders of record on November 7, 2000. On October 12, 2000, Edelbrock had 110 shareholders of record of its Common Stock and approximately 5.1 million shares outstanding.
