Motor Cargo Industries, Inc. to Report Third Quarter Earnings

    SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 11 Motor Cargo Industries, Inc. announced today that it will
release its third quarter results of operations on Monday, October 23, 2000 at
4:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
    The Company also plans to have a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Mountain
Time on Tuesday, October 24, 2000 to discuss its third quarter results.  To

minutes prior to the start of the call.
