AuraGen Expands Customer Base; FBI to use AuraGen for new Applications
EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--Oct. 11, 2000--AURA SYSTEMS, INC. (OTC:AURA) announced recent additions to its expanding AuraGen(R) customer base, including the FBI who is using the AuraGen for both HRT (Hostage Rescue Team) and ERT (Evidence Recovery Team) applications. New Municipal users include Lincoln City, Oregon; North Olmstead, Ohio and St. James Parish, Convent, Louisiana. In addition, two new fire equipment users of the AuraGen are KMW Fire Apparatus and Lower Heidelberg Fire Department of Pennsylvania."The word is out about the AuraGen, a product that provides `leap-ahead technology' in mobile power generation. We are pleased, that as of September 2000, we now have 34 municipalities, 54 state and city agencies, 40 utilities, 17 telecommunication and 38 industrial organizations that have started to use the AuraGen in their specific applications.
