11 October 2000

Warrantech Automotive Announces Five Year Agreement with Indian Motorcycle Company
EULESS, Texas - Warrantech Automotive Inc., a division of the Warrantech
Corporation today announced a five-year agreement with Indian Motorcycle Company
to administer factory sponsored extended service contracts.

Under the agreement, Warrantech Automotive will provide Indian with a
turn-key program that includes contract and claims administration, claims
adjudication and underwriting through Great American Insurance.

Indian Motorcycle is America's first and most venerable motorcycle brand.
In 1953, the company was forced to halt production. Since then, numerous
attempts have been made to revive the Indian name. In 1998, a $30 million
merger involving Indian Motorcycle Company Inc., American Indian Motorcycle
Company, California Motorcycle Company and its six related companies created
the second largest producer of heavy cruisers in North America.

Joel San Antonio, Warrantech chairman and chief executive officer, stated,
"Over the last year, we have concentrated our efforts in signing agreements in
new product areas with premier manufacturers. Our agreement with Indian is
another step in advancing our goals and strengthening our position as the
leading provider of service contracts."

Indian Motorcycle founded in 1901 by bicycle racer George Hendee in
Springfield, Massachusetts is America's first and most venerable motorcycle
brand. The Indian Chief(TM), of which only 1,100 were made in 1999, is an
imposing remarkable machine, technologically advanced with classic styling
redolent of the 40's and 50's. The Scout(TM), first introduced in 1920 and
the most popular model in the history of the brand, will be re-launched
mid-year 2000.

Warrantech Automotive Inc., headquartered in Euless, Texas, is a
subsidiary of Warrantech Corporation. Warrantech through its subsidiaries,
administers and markets service contracts and after-market warranties on
automobiles, automotive components, recreational vehicles, appliances,
consumer electronics, homes, computer and computer peripherals for retailers,

and global penetration, and now provides its services in the United States,
Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Puerto Rico and Latin America.
