Diamond Acquires Majority Interest in E-Retailer "RealMotorcycles.com"

MESA, Ariz.--Oct. 10, 2000--Diamond Equities Inc. (OTCBB: DDEQ), Tuesday announced that it has acquired majority interest in e-retailer "RealMotorcycles.com."
RealMotorcycles.com is an Internet retailer of aftermarket motorcycle parts, accessories and apparel in the multi-billion dollar U.S. motorcycle industry. Its items feature aftermarket custom motorcycle parts and center on Harley-Davidson like products. The company is expected to produce substantial revenues through internet retail sales in the next 12 to 16 months.
RealMotorcycles.com also has an exclusive license agreement for the resale of custom Harley-powered bikes built by motorcycle celebrity Johnny Pag. Pag manufactures the popular and well-publicized "Pagsta" line of Harley-powered custom-built street motorcycles.
The "Pagsta" line is expected to retail at Harley-Davidson and other dealers in the Southwest until production capability allows for national expansion. It is anticipated that this national expansion will occur within the next 18 months.
RealMotorcycles.com has a unique after-market auction feature that allows the purchase and sale of various custom-built motorcycles which have flourished in the growing secondary market over the past few years. This auction site will provide the custom-bike enthusiast with the ability to locate second owner motorcycles and create a wider market for resale overall.
Information on RealMotorcycles can be found on the company's web site at www.RealMotorcycles.com. The web site also features in-depth information on Johnny Pag Creations, the factory, and its growing line of aftermarket goods.
