  Peregrine's Real-Time XML Translation Enhances SupplySolution's Inventory
        Management Solution for Automotive Manufacturers and Suppliers

    SAN DIEGO, Oct. 10 SupplySolution, Inc., a company
providing Internet-based collaborative supply chain services, today announced
an agreement with Peregrine Systems, Inc., the leading provider of
Infrastructure Management software, employee self service solutions and e-
Business connectivity, that will enhance its collaborative inventory
management solution for automotive suppliers.  Under the agreement,
SupplySolution will utilize Peregrine's Power.Enterprise!(TM) and other
services being hosted on Peregrine's Get2Connect.net(SM) business portal for
XML and other varied data translation, bringing true any-to-any capabilities
to its flagship service, i-Supply(TM), a web-based direct material fulfillment
service connecting Tier-1 automotive buyers to Tier-2 sellers real-time.
Peregrine also brings to the table relationships with more than 10,000
existing automotive customers and will be working with SupplySolution to
address their business-to-business needs.  The two companies announced the
relationship at PLANET(R) 2000 San Diego, a strategic business-to-business
conference bringing together more than 7,000 industry decision makers
committed to gaining a competitive advantage in The New Economy.
    Peregrine's translation technology will be embedded in i-Supply's web-
based service, which provides a streamlined method of collaborative inventory
management.  The i-Supply Service provides real-time online collaboration for
fulfillment of direct materials.  Power.Enterprise! will enable the service to
perform real-time translation between XML and other legacy protocols so that
SupplySolution can transmit the inventory data between i-Supply and its
customers.
