Michael J. Deering Joins Internet Professional Services Firm's Phoenix Office

    PHOENIX, Oct. 10 Michael J. Deering has joined Internet
professional services firm Dynamis Solutions, Inc. as Principal and Senior
Vice President.  A former partner with Deloitte Consulting in Cleveland, Ohio,
and principal at Folk Investment in Memphis, Tenn., Deering will lead the
company's global supply chain services business from Dynamis' new Phoenix
office.
    Dynamis Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Timothy H. Longnecker said,
"Michael Deering has already led numerous global automotive and high-tech
companies through the development and planning of Deloitte Consulting's supply
chain business-to-business (B2B) strategies.  The clear benefits of product
innovation and B2B technologies enabled Michael to triple the growth of the
supply chain services."
    David Chung, an executive of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), the
private equity firm that has funded Dynamis, added "Michael is a solid
addition to Dynamis' experienced senior management team that is helping
leading companies shape the Internet revolution in B2B e-commerce.  He
earlier led a team of 60 through the order-to-delivery strategy development
for the largest global automotive manufacturing company, driving substantial
savings for clients."
    Dynamis' wide range of clients includes automotive and technology
companies as well as business-to-business e-commerce start-ups.  Dynamis'
newest Principal brings automotive, high tech, process manufacturing, energy,
public sector and higher education consulting experience.  Deering explained,
"My experience with General Motors, Eaton and other world class companies
meeting the challenges of tremendous change gives me the insight I'll need to
help Dynamis' clients use the Internet to become even more competitive in the
new economy."
    Deering earlier led the design and implementation of an e-supply chain
model to support a global electrical supply company that will deliver multi-
million dollar savings.  In addition, he led the development of Deloitte's
Oracle manufacturing practice.  Previous to his work with Deloitte, Deering's
experience includes work at investment management and venture capital
organizations Folk Investment and Highmark Corporation.  A graduate of the
University of Memphis, Deering earned Master's of Business Degree in Finance
and Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree in Accounting.
