Michelin Earthmover Group Showcases Tires MINExpo 2000

    GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Michelin Earthmover Group is showcasing key components 
of its total package of solutions for the mining industry at MINExpo 
International 2000, Las Vegas, Nevada, October 9-12.  Michelin products and 
services are on display in five locations throughout the Las Vegas Convention 
Center, under the theme Solutions Provider.

    According to Robin Bird, director of marketing for the Earthmover Group of
Michelin North America, "All of the solutions we're showcasing at MINExpo were
developed to reduce costs and improve productivity for our customers in their
unique mining applications.  We're excited about the wide range of products
and service solutions Michelin Earthmover has to offer customers around the
world."  The Earthmover Group created a special section on its Web site to
highlight the various solutions Michelin delivers to mining customers.
