Majestic Launches Corporate America Marketing Campaign for SAFE-T-BARSAN DIEGO, Oct. 5 The Majestic Companies, Ltd., (OTC Bulletin Board: MJXC), announced today that it has retained the services of International Marketing Corporation, a San Diego based marketing firm, to augment the company's in-house marketing campaign for the SAFE-T-BAR(TM). Established in 1961, International Marketing Corporation (IMC) has represented such household names as Raytheon, KitchenAid, Schwinn, Amana and Oakley over the years. IMC's primary focus will be to promote Majestic's innovative school bus safety restraint system, the SAFE-T-BAR, through their veritable "who's who" of Corporate America contacts. The currently envisioned program would allow for corporations to provide funding to schools to outfit their buses with the SAFE-T-BAR, in exchange for the placement of modest placards on the bus denoting the corporate sponsor's participation. In essence, IMC's strategy is to bring the school district's need to purchase the SAFE-T-BAR together with corporate sponsor dollars typically earmarked for public service programs. IMC's President, Marc Van Buskirk stated, "We are prepared to take the message of the SAFE-T-BAR to our Fortune 500 contacts. In effect, what more powerful publicity and satisfaction would a company receive than by being a part of a nationwide program that provides for the safety of children on school buses? We have a number of potential corporate sponsors to draw upon, and we have several companies in mind that could quickly make this program a reality." Steve Rosenthal, President of Majestic Transportation Products, Ltd., added, "This program allows financially strapped school districts the wherewithal necessary to install the SAFE-T-BAR on their buses without taking money from already stretched budgets. IMC's incredible track record speaks for itself. I expect to see results from this campaign almost immediately." The SAFE-T-BAR is an innovative school bus passenger restraint system that closely approximates the type of restraint system most commonly found on amusement park rides. The heavily padded U-shaped bar is designed to lock in place during a sudden stop, collision or bus rollover, thereby controlling and restraining the passenger within the padded seating area. In addition to passing all requisite Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), the SAFE-T-BAR has been road tested and received high marks at Oceanside Unified School District in Southern California.
