Ascend IT of Cincinnati Changes Name to MSX International

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Oct. 3 MSX International, Inc.
announced today that its Ascend IT staffing office in Cincinnati formally
changed its name to MSX International on Oct. 1 and has merged with their IT
Services division.  This identity change follows MSX International's
acquisition of Ascend earlier this year.
    As MSX International, the former Ascend office will continue to provide
staffing services and solutions to clients in the greater Cincinnati area.
The office offers experienced contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire
personnel with technical skills in the information technology field.
