Noble Enters Into a Labor Agreement With UAW Local 155

Noble International, Ltd. Enters Into a Labor Agreement With United Auto Workers Local 155
    DETROIT, Oct. 3 Noble International, Ltd.
today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Noble Metal
Processing, Inc. entered into a labor agreement with United Auto
Workers Local 155, the union representing the production workers at its Hoover
Road facility.  The labor agreement, which is effective immediately, expires
December 15, 2003.
    Christopher Morin, CEO of NMP, stated, "We are very pleased to have
completed the contract negotiations.  NMP is committed to providing its
associates with competitive wages and benefits.  We look forward to the
relationship with the UAW, to help us provide quality and effective solutions
to our customers."
    Lance Lindell, President of Local 155, stated, "The UAW are pleased to be
partners with NMP.  We have completed a labor agreement which we can all be
proud of and the bargaining unit can focus its attention on maintaining NMP's
position as the premier provider of tailored laser blank welding services to
the automotive industry."
