Land Rover North America, Inc. Reports Best Sales Month Year-to-Date; Best September Ever for Range Rover

    LANHAM, Md., Oct. 3 Land Rover North America, Inc. has
posted September sales of 2,485 units, putting the company's year-to-date
sales total at 19,941 units.  Further, Land Rover sold 634 Range Rovers in
September.  This is the Range Rover model's best September result ever and its
best monthly sales result so far this year.  Land Rover also sold 1,851 units
of its Discovery Series II in September for that model's best-ever year-to-
date total: 15,678 units.
