SEC Says, `No Further Comments for Elite Logistics'; Acceptance of Form 10 Paves Way for Return to Bulletin Board

    FREEPORT, Texas--Oct. 2, 2000--Elite Logistics Inc. (NQB:ELOG) is pleased to advise that the Company's Form 10SB has been accepted by the Securities and Exchange Commission with "no further comments." This paves the way for the resumption of trading in the company's stock on the OTC Bulletin Board market operated by NASDAQ. The Company's stock has been trading on the "Pink Sheets" market operated by the National Quotation Bureau.
    The Company wishes to convey to its shareholders that it is working vigorously, along with its professional advisors, to ensure reinstatement of its OTC Bulletin Board listing and expects that this could occur within the next 10 to 15 days.
