Mobility Electronics Expands Strategic Relationship With Targus, Leading Mobile Accessories Supplier
   Targus Commits to Expanded Two-Year, Multi-Million Dollar Power Adapter
                             Product Partnership

    SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 27 Mobility Electronics, Inc.
, a pioneer in remote connectivity technology and products for
the computer industry, today announced that it has extended and expanded its
strategic partnership with Targus Group International Inc. (Targus), the
leading global supplier of portable solutions and accessories.  Under the
terms of the agreement, Targus will assume responsibility for worldwide sales,
marketing and distribution of Mobility Electronics' popular notebook computer
auto/air/AC power adapter product line.
