Recreation USA Moves Corporate Headquarters to Ft. Lauderdale
    FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 25 Holiday RV Superstores,
Inc. announced today that it has moved its corporate
headquarters from Orlando, Fla. to Ft. Lauderdale.
    The nation's leading retail chain of recreational vehicle and marine
dealerships, which operates under the tradename Recreation USA, said Chairman
Michael Riley, President and CEO Ronald Huneycutt and other senior members of
its management team will operate out of the new Ft. Lauderdale location.  The
Orlando location will be retained for regional support functions, primarily
serving dealerships located outside Florida.  The Company's e-commerce
operations, associates with its website, http://www.RecUsa.com , will also be housed
in the Orlando regional office.
    Recreation USA has more than doubled in size since announcing its
intention last year to consolidate the fragmented RV and marine dealership
industries.  Huneycutt said that the decision to relocate to southern Florida
will make it easier for the Company to meet its goal of growing into a
$1 billion retailer by the end of 2002.
    "Our new corporate headquarters offers a host of benefits that were not as
readily available in Orlando," Huneycutt explained.  "South Florida is home to
more merger and acquisition and corporate finance activity than any place else
in the state.  Given our aggressive acquisition strategy, we feel it makes
good sense to be as close to the action as possible.
    "Also, it had become clear that we were outgrowing our Orlando location.
As Recreation USA continues to add staff and to build our corporate bench, we
will be able to draw from a more diverse pool of seasoned professionals."
