PricewaterhouseCoopers Director Joins J.D. Power Clubs as Chief Financial Officer; Koefoed Led Spin-off Teams for Palm from 3 Com, Agilent from HP

    SAN FRANCISCO--Sept. 25, 2000--J.D. Power Clubs, the most trusted source for information and savings for automotive consumers and retailers, has hired William A. Koefoed, Jr. as chief financial officer.
    Koefoed was recently a managing director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services in San Francisco, where he led the spin-off teams for Palm from 3Com Corporation and Agilent from Hewlett-Packard, which became publicly traded companies.
    A resident of San Francisco, Koefoed earned both his B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Koefoed, a CPA, previously worked as an audit manager for Arthur Andersen & Co. in San Francisco.
