Information Products, Inc. Names Landsman Vice President and General ManagerHOLLAND, Mich., Sept. 21 James M. Landsman has been named vice president and general manager for Information Products, Inc. (IP), the company announced today. In this newly created position, Landsman will be responsible for IP's strategic growth and overall business performance and will manage IP's sales and marketing, operations, human resources and finance activities. He will continue to report to Chad Quist, president of IP. "Jim has played a critical role in the explosive growth IP has experienced over the past few years," said Chad Quist, president of IP. "Throughout his career in quality, sales and manufacturing, Jim has demonstrated strong abilities for leadership, strategic planning and business development. I am confident in his ability to guide IP as it strengthens its position as the premier supplier for specialty coated glass." Since joining Donnelly in 1984, Landsman has held a number of increasingly responsible positions, including roles as a supplier quality engineer, account representative, manufacturing manager and vice president of sales and marketing. In 1994, he joined IP as an account manager and was named vice president of sales and marketing in 1998. A native of South Bend, Indiana, Landsman has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and an Executive MBA, both from the University of Notre Dame.
