T.RASA's Plantain(TM) After-sales E-Business Application Selected for Moxy Trucks of America's Dealer Services E-Business

    CINCINNATI, Sept. 20 T.RASA, Cincinnati based e-business
software company and developer of Plantain(TM) After-sale e-business
applications for durable and capital goods markets, announced Moxy Trucks of
America, Inc. (MTA) has selected T.RASA and its Plantain(TM) applications to
power Moxy's dealer services web site.
    Moxy dealers will use the Plantain(TM) powered, secure section of Moxy's
web site ( http://www.moxytrucks.com/ ) to track detailed information on truck
inventories and handle all warranty claims transactions with Moxy.  "Till now,
all warranty claims were handled manually with the usual problems and delays.
We'll be doing the entire process on the web with Plantain," said MTA's
Information Systems manager, Mike Reisert. Moxy's interactions for service,
preventive maintenance, spare parts, usage, runtime tracking, and technical
communications are base features in Plantain applications.
    Tim Gerbus, president of Moxy Trucks America said, "We're not on the web
selling books and CDs. Our trucks are major capital investments for our
customers and dealers and our relationships last years after the initial
sale."  T.RASA's Plantain after-sales applications are developed specifically
for engineered products in durable and capital goods markets such as machine
tools, process equipment, and like Moxy, mobile construction equipment.
