REDWOOD SHORES, Calif.--Sept. 19, 2000--Ensera Inc., www.ensera.com, one of the fastest-growing process automation companies in the Silicon Valley, recently appointed Jack Rozint to its executive management team.
Rozint, an experienced technology and automotive claims industry executive, today was named Senior Vice President of Operations, announced Anthony Aquila, CEO and founder of Ensera.
"In continuing to build an automated solution for the automotive collision repair marketplace, we are cognizant of an increasing need to incorporate senior level executives who understand the nuances of our industry and the role our leading-edge technologies play in the marketplace," said Aquila.
"In this critical position, Jack will be responsible for ensuring that all of our business units interface smoothly with internal, and external audiences. His more than two decades of technology and automotive industry experience will allow him to serve as an important backbone for our business and technical operations."
Prior to joining Ensera, Rozint founded and operated RepairCar.com Inc., a Laguna Beach, Calif.-based Application Service Provider (ASP) company. Career highlights include serving as senior vice president, marketing and strategic planning for CCC Information Services Inc. , a Chicago-based company offering a diverse suite of products and services for businesses involved in the automotive claims industry. His responsibilities included strategic planning, product marketing, public relations, advertising, Internet strategies, communications and investor relations.
"Coming from the automotive collision repair industry, I recognize the frustrations that the insurance carriers, repair facilities and suppliers share due to the inefficiencies in the repair claims process," noted Rozint.
"I am extremely pleased to be a member of a dynamic organization such as Ensera," said Rozint.
Rozint has held previous positions with CCC's ACCESS Claims Services, where he was senior vice president and general manager for a new division start-up that managed the settlement of automotive collision damage claims via a preferred provider network of collision repair facilities. He also served as vice president, sales and marketing for CCC's Autobody Systems, and was a product development manager for Akzo Systems, a division of Akzo Nobel Coatings, U.S.
Rozint earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut, studied computer science at Saddleback College and earned a master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
