R.L. Polk to Provide Parts & Service Marketing Program To Support Toyota Retailers

    LONG BEACH, Calif.--Sept. 18, 2000--R.L. Polk announced today that they will provide a customized parts and service marketing program to Toyota Motor Sales, USA and its dealers.
    In a move to develop a more cohesive, proactive program for service and parts marketing, Toyota selected R.L. Polk and their partner Direct Mail Express to support up to 895 dealers throughout the United States. This turnkey program will incorporate service communications through the entire product lifecycle for over 10 million Toyota owners.
    Over 600 dealerships currently participate in parts and service programs endorsed by Toyota. The new marketing program will launch in January 2001. Robin LeFevre, National Parts Marketing Manager at Toyota, said "Our 2001 program will bring old and new technologies and strategies together to help dealers develop and strengthen relationships with their customers."
