TOP DRIVER SIGNS NATIONAL DRIVER TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH ENTERPRISE FLEET SERVICES
           ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS TO BENEFIT FROM SAFETY PARTNERSHIP
                         WITH DRIVER TRAINING LEADER

    ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Sept. 14 Top Driver, Inc.

training and education company, announced today that it has entered into an
agreement with Enterprise Fleet Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Enterprise Rent-A-Car to be the exclusive provider of comprehensive driver
training programs for Enterprise's fleet customers on a national basis.  These
driver training programs are optional services that Enterprise plans to make
available to its customers.

    Giordano believes that the statistics point to the need for ongoing driver
training, stating that, "the benefits to be derived by corporations and
employees that implement such cost-effective driver training programs are
enormous."  While motor vehicle crashes remain the leading cause of death in
the workplace, a 1995 report issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration indicated that nearly half of the $53 billion cost to corporate
America of motor vehicle crashes incurred in 1992 resulted from off-the-job
injuries to workers and their families.
