Keegan, and we look forward to the many significant contributions he will make
to our organization," the chairman said.
"As president and COO, Bob will focus his energy on the daily global

the consumer," Gibara said. "This will allow me, as chairman and CEO, to
concentrate my efforts on Goodyear's strategic opportunities and to continue
to grow the company profitably."
