Sale of Boulder-Based Case Logic to KRG Capital Partners, is Complete; Denver-Based KRG a Private Equity Investment Firm

    LONGMONT, Colo.--Sept. 12, 2000--The sale of Case Logic, a leading marketer and distributor of lifestyle-oriented accessory products, to KRG Capital Partners L.L.C., a Denver-based private equity investment firm, was finalized on Aug. 24. KRG purchased Case Logic from Netherlands-based parent company Hagemeyer N.V.
