Fleetwood Declares Regular Dividend

    RIVERSIDE, Calif., Sept. 12 The directors of Fleetwood
Enterprises, Inc. have declared the Company's regular quarterly
cash dividend of 19 cents per share of Common stock, payable November 8, 2000
to shareholders of record October 6, 2000.
