Glade to the position of general counsel. Glade has over 12 years of experience providing legal counsel to high technology, telecommunications, and related industries, both in-house and as an associate with the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, San Francisco. Most recently, Glade served as general counsel for Speeedlink LLC, a voice, data and video Internet communications provider and CLEC based in Bend, Oregon. Glade has also held positions as senior counsel for the Judicial Council of California and the California Supreme Court Committee on Judicial Ethics. She was appointed under the Bush Administration as attorney advisor to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, conducting a year-long study of transactional costs related to the clean up of SuperFund sites in Region IX. Glade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with honors from the University of California-Santa Barbara and a Juris Doctor of Law degree from the University of San Francisco. She is a resident of San Francisco, and an active member of the State Bar of California.
