Visteon Executives Recognized Among Top 100 Women in Automotive IndustryDEARBORN, Mich., Sept. 11 Three executives from Visteon Corporation , Stacy Fox, Susan Skerker and Roseann Stevens, have been named to Automotive News', elite list of the 100 leading women in the automotive industry. "Visteon is very proud to have several of our executives recognized among the best in the business by this prestigious publication," said Peter J. Pestillo, Chairman and CEO. "Stacy, Susan and Roseann each play an important role in the development and advancement of Visteon as an independent company and we are lucky to have them on our team." A special section of the Sept. 11 issue of Automotive News will feature the top 100 women who have successfully achieved decision-making positions within the automotive industry. These accomplished women will be honored by Keith Crain, publisher of Automotive News, at an awards dinner scheduled for September 19, 2000. As the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Visteon, Stacy Fox oversees the myriad legal activities involved in a Fortune 100, global corporation. Additionally, Fox oversees mergers and acquisitions for Visteon Corporation. Fox joined Visteon in January of this year after a 10- year career at Johnson Controls Inc., where she had been group vice president and general counsel of the Automotive Systems Group. Prior to Johnson Controls, Fox was general counsel for Unisys Finance Corporation. She holds a bachelor's degree and a law degree from the University of Michigan. Susan Skerker, Senior Vice President of Business Strategy and Corporate Relations at Visteon, is responsible for developing and implementing the business strategies designed to make Visteon the world's leading automotive supplier. In addition, Skerker oversees the Public Affairs, Investor Relations, Marketing Communications and Governmental Affairs staffs. Before joining Visteon, Skerker served as Senior Director for Global Public Policy at Ford Motor Company, where she had worked since 1973. Skerker holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from the University of Florida, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. As Vice President of Global OEM Accounts, Roseann Stevens is responsible for all non-Ford customers around the world. Stevens leads Visteon's efforts in bringing new customers into the business while continuing to strengthen relationships with existing customers across the globe. Prior to joining Visteon in 1997, Stevens was vice president of sales at Lear Corporation. Stevens also served as director of sales for Ford Accounts at Lear Corporation from 1994 to 1997. Stevens holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration from the University of Detroit-Mercy.
