[EMAIL] Manhattan Projects Launches RepairTalk 2.5 with Repair Web

6 September 2000

Hello:

How are you? I am writing on behalf of Manhattan Projects regarding the
announcement of their latest product, RepairTalk 2.5 with RepairWeb.

RepairTalk 2.5 with Repair Web is a bilingual interactive voice-response
(IVR) server with an Internet module. RepairTalk is designed to help auto
dealerships improve customer service as it lets customers quickly and easily
find out the status of their car repair via a simple telephone menu or the
Internet. Using either their telephone keypad or their PC's keyboard,
customers can find out when their car will be ready, the cost, and any
additional repairs needed without speaking to a service writer or waiting on
hold.

Like all of Manhattan Projects products, RepairTalk 2.5 is designed to
improve customer satisfaction and enhance dealer profitability.

A press release is attached. We look forward to setting up an interview
for you with Manhattan Project's colorful auto dealer CEO, Michael Sage.

Best Regards,

Emily Hertz
