Forbes 'Enterprise of the Future' Tour Showcases Latest Advances in TechnologyNEW YORK, Sept. 5 Forbes, the nation's leading business magazine, and several leading global technology companies have created the "Enterprise of the Future," a mobile interactive exhibit designed to showcase the latest technologies impacting commerce and consumers today. This cutting- edge exhibit allows visitors to participate in hands-on demonstrations of the newest and smartest solutions for conducting business in the Digital Age. Presenting sponsor Sybase, Inc., with Compaq, EarthWeb, Nuance, Reality Networks, SpectraLink, Stamps.com, Toyota and Xerox Corporation will demonstrate how their specific technologies address the challenge of living and working in today's fast-paced world. "We feel the information provided in the 'Enterprise of the Future' reflects Forbes' commitment to present the latest business trends to the public," said Rich Karlgaard, publisher of Forbes. "The tour provides information on everything from organizing databases and paperless offices to wireless communications and supply management. The largest traveling exhibit on technology ever to cross the country, the "Enterprise of the Future" measures 57' wide x 30' long (approximately 1,650 square feet of exhibit space). The 12,000 mile nationwide tour will travel to 30 cities through March, 2001.
