Thrifty Opens In-Terminal Location in Phoenix at Sky Harbor International Airport

    TULSA, Okla., Aug. 31 Thrifty Car Rental announced today
that it will open a new in-terminal location inside Phoenix's Sky Harbor
International Airport, the nation's 12th busiest airport in terms of passenger
volume, on September 1, 2000.  With the addition, Thrifty has 83 in-terminal
locations throughout the U.S.
    Thrifty customers will find rental counters in each of the airport's
baggage claim concourses.
    In 1999, more than 33.5 million people passed through Sky Harbor Airport,
a nearly six percent increase over the previous year.
