AQM to List on CDNX

    BRAMPTON, Ontario--Aug. 31, 2000--Commencing September 1st, 2000, the Common Shares of AQM Automotive Corporation (OTCBB:AQMaf)will be listed on the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) under the symbol "AQV".
    The Common Shares of AQM will be suspended from trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange following the close of trading on August 31, 2000.
