--Aug. 30, 2000--TOPIC: | According to a recent survey by the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), 83 percent of all car dealers have Web sites, which is up from 74 percent last year. The survey reportedly found that 98 percent of all dealer Web sites are interactive, meaning that customers can order their vehicles online, said a report by Reuters. The chairman of NADA also reportedly said that this survey demonstrates that dealerships are marketing their products in new ways and are generating higher sales because of this new medium. |
