  Tier I Automotive Supplier Utilizes EAI Technology for Improved Efficiency
                      In Communication and Collaboration

    AMES, Iowa, Aug. 30 Engineering Animation, Inc. announced today that LDM
Technologies, Inc., a tier I automotive supplier, has implemented EAI's
VisView(R) and VisMockUp(R) for corporate-wide visualization, digital mock-up
and collaboration.  EAI's solutions enhance LDM Technologies' ability to more
effectively communicate and collaborate, both internally and with their
original equipment manufacturing (OEM) customers.
    "EAI's technology provides a complete, flexible solution that enables us
to significantly improve efficiencies enterprise-wide," said Gordy Steil, vice
president of core engineering at LDM Technologies.  "With VisView and
VisMockUp, we have improved internal and external design collaboration and
reduced design time and estimation time for materials."
    LDM Technologies uses VisView and VisMockUp to enable internal and
extended teams to fully access electronic customer 3D data.  This ensures that
LDM engineers access only current data in an expanded 3D environment.  This
improved communication and collaboration reduces LDM resource requirements
while accelerating estimation of required manufacturing materials.
