Manheim Interactive Names Vice President of SalesFormer AutoTrader.com Executive Elizabeth A. Jordan Moves to B2B Sister Company ATLANTA, Aug. 29 Manheim Interactive Inc., the Internet- based wholesale auto remarketing services spin-off from Manheim Auctions Inc., today announced the appointment of Elizabeth A. Jordan to the position of vice president, sales. Jordan comes to Manheim Interactive from AutoTrader.com, where she was director of recruitment and event planning. Manheim Auctions is the majority owner of AutoTrader.com within the Cox Enterprises Inc. network of companies. Jordan's responsibilities include continuing the effort to drive Manheim Interactive from launch stage to industry leadership within the automotive business-to-business e-commerce space. "We're very pleased to have Beth join our team, she has the experience and the knowledge of the auto industry to make this an ideal fit," said Hal Logan, president and chief executive officer of Manheim Interactive. "We feel that her move from AutoTrader.com to Manheim Interactive will be a smooth transition because both companies are part of the Cox Enterprises family. Jordan will direct the national sales efforts of Manheim Interactive and will maintain ties to the physical auction locations and to dealer customers. Prior to joining AutoTrader.com in 1999, Jordan worked for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution as advertising manager and she served as retail sales manager during the Gwinnett newspaper marketshare initiative. Jordan received a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the Georgia State University. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Cobb County United Way.
