'Kingsley Coach Announces Participation in Celebrity Skeet Shoot'

    MIDDLEBURG, Pa.--Aug. 28, 2000--The Kingsley Coach Inc. (OTC-BB:KNGS) announced today that it will be a sponsor and participant in the 7th Annual Louise Mandrell Celebrity Skeet Shoot being held September 8th and September 9th.
    Kingsley will be providing its Kingsley Coach products to be used as a hospitality center and as an exhibit for this charitable event which is held in Nashville, Tennessee. Terry Watkins, Kingsley's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are proud to a be even a small part of this event which does so much good for the Boy Scouts of America." He added that "participating at high profile events such as the Louise Mandrell Celebrity Skeet Shoot gives the Company's product more positive exposure."
    Wilbur Rimes will be shooting in the event as Kingsley's representative in the skeet shoot competition. Mr. Watkins added, "Regardless of Wilbur's shooting performance, which we expect to be championship caliber, Kingsley, and the causes benefited by this event, clearly win." Mr. Rimes is the husband of Kingsley's board director, Catherine Rimes. Mr. Watkins will be attending the event with the Rimes'.
