                 Travel Agents Can Save 25% on Regular Rates

    PORTLAND, Maine, Aug. 28 Auto Europe wants to show its
appreciation to their travel agents by offering them a wide range of discounts
on car and cellular phone rentals as well as 15% commissions for travel
agents.

    Auto Europe is offering a 25% discount on regular car rentals and a 50%
discount for Mercedes rentals for all travel agents that have previously
booked with Auto Europe. To take advantage of this discount, the rental must
be for the agent's own use and be paid for by August 31, 2000 for pick-up by
December 31, 2000.
    As an added bonus, agents will receive a free cellular phone rental with
any car rental. The free rental does not cover any activation or airtime
charges. A minimum of seven days notice is required for cellular phone
rentals and they are available for residents of the United States only.
    Agents will also receive a 15% commission on all bookings; and all
bookings done by August 31, 2000 can also be counted towards the Auto Europe
Fam Trip Incentive. The Fam Trip Incentive offer allows agents who make 25
paid bookings on European car rentals of 5 days or more to receive a free fam
trip to London, Paris, Frankfurt, Las Vegas or Orlando.
