Executive Changes at Orbital

    PERTH, Australia, Aug. 28 Orbital Engine Corporation
is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Keith Halliwell as
Company Secretary.
    Mr. Halliwell was recently appointed Chief Financial Officer of Orbital.
He was recruited from Atkins Carlyle Ltd, where he was also Chief Financial
Officer.
    Mr. Halliwell is replacing Mr. John Beech and Ms. Deana Cesari who have
both resigned as Company Secretaries.  Mr. Beech will continue as Director
Strategy and Alliances, and Ms. Cesari will remain based in the USA as
Commercial Director: Marine & Recreation.
