Millennium Motorsports Secures $50,000,000 Line of Credit

Millennium Motorsports, Inc. Secures $50,000,000 Line of Credit; Company Intends to Acquire Existing Winston Cup Teams
    CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 25 Millennium Motorsports, Inc.
(Millennium), formed for the purpose of owning and operating motor sports
racing teams and complementary businesses, has secured a line of credit for
$50,000,000 from Oxford International, Inc. (Oxford), a wholly owned
subsidiary of National Institute Companies of America, Inc.
    "We are pleased to advise Millennium that Oxford and its consortium of
lenders have approved a line of credit for the purpose of acquisition and
development of Millennium Motorsports projects on the terms and security, and
subject to compliance with the conditions set forth by Oxford.  A final
commitment will be issued upon satisfactory receipt and review of all
requested documentation," said Gregory C. Dutcher, Managing Director of Oxford
International, Inc.
    By using the NASCAR racing teams as its centerpiece, Millennium will begin
to build other related businesses.  The corporations' management intends to
produce winning teams by providing the best support and equipment on the
NASCAR circuit.

we are realizing our objective of becoming a fully integrated NASCAR ownership

sport in the United States, both in terms of paid attendance and television
