Business EditorsELKHART, Ind.--Aug. 25, 2000--The Board of Directors of CTS Corporation , has elected Richard G. (Dick) Cutter, III, Vice President and Assistant Secretary, CTS Corporation, according to an announcement today by Jeannine M. Davis, Executive Vice President Administration and Secretary of CTS Corporation. He will retain his current position as General Counsel, responsible for all of the Corporation's general legal matters.
Cutter received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Ball State University and a J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1971, Florida Bar in 1972 and Indiana Bar in 1974. He additionally completed General Electric's Business Management Course in 1997.
Cutter joined CTS in January 2000 as General Counsel. Prior to accepting the position with CTS, Cutter held the position of General Counsel with General Electric-Silicones in Waterford, NY. He joined GE Plastics, Pittsfield, MA, in 1992, where he held positions as Senior Counsel-Labor, Government and Trade Relations and Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel-Labor, Government and Trade Relations. Prior to joining General Electric, he held several positions of increasing responsibility within the electronics and telecommunications industries.
Mr. and Mrs. Cutter and family reside in the Granger area.
