AMA: Pro Racing 2001 Motocross schedule announced

PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) Pro Racing has announced the 2001 schedule for the AMA Chevy Trucks U.S. Motocross Championships. The series will continue it's traditional 12-race season, kicking-off at southern California's Glen Helen Raceway, and concluding at Steel City Raceway in Delmont, Pa. Series sponsor Chevy Trucks will return in 2001, continuing their support of the sport and on-site presence at race events. The AMA Chevy Trucks U.S. Motocross Championships broadcast relationship with ESPN2 will also continue in 2001.
