DSM Engineering Plastics Announces Intent to Join Omnexus
ATLANTA--Aug. 22, 2000--DSM Engineering Plastics Inc., located in Evansville, Ind., a part of DSM's global engineering plastics business headquartered in Sittard, the Netherlands, has announced its intent to join Omnexus(TM) as a Leadership Supplier.Omnexus (www.omnexus.com) is the independent, business-to-business e-Marketplace focused on the plastics injection and blow molding industries.
DSM (www.dsm.nl or www.dsmep.com) brings the number of suppliers to nine, including the five founding companies -- BASF, Bayer, Dow, DuPont and Ticona/Celanese -- and the previously announced Leadership Suppliers, Solvay Plastics, M. A. Hanna and the Borealis Group.
Vice President of Supplier Relations for Omnexus, Tony Diaz, stated, "We are delighted to have DSM as a Leadership Supplier. Our goal is to offer customers a full range of resins and related materials. DSM's value-added materials are a welcome addition to the Omnexus portfolio."
