World Transport Authority Granted Approval in China

    EL CAJON, Calif. - Composite Automobile Research Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary World Transport Authority Inc (WTA) is pleased to announce that its Corporate and Sales office in Beijing (see Press Release dated Aug. 9, 2000) has been granted approval as an automobile producing company in China.

    Chinese officials have finalized all necessary incorporation processes and compliance matters. These requirements, which are usually very time consuming and difficult to obtain have been accorded a rare and speedy process.
