July Revenues Exceeded June's Record-Breaking Revenues
LOS ANGELES - Trevor Webb, Rubber Technology International Inc.'s newly elected President and CEO, today announced, "The Company is proceeding with the vision and plans laid out by Ray Webb, and the success of these plans is evident by our increased growth for the 3rd Quarter. We now have added to our base of scrap tire suppliers from whom we receive tires for recycling, Discount Tire Stores, Cooper Tires and Firestone Tire stores in the Los Angeles area. We have also increased sales to customers in rubberized asphalt, molded goods, and the roofing and tile industries, in the various meshes that fit each customer's needs."Trevor Webb, formerly Director of Sales and Marketing, was instrumental in the development of those strategic plans which were put into action, and the results are evident now that he has assumed the position of President and CEO.

Webb continued, "Our revenues for July exceeded $170,000. We are looking forward to continued strong growth as our staff moves forward and continues to implement the strategies that were laid out and put into action after months of planning. Our crumb rubber sales and production are continuing to increase on plan. We are currently working on a new mill and screen system that will be dedicated to our molded goods customers, and as soon as it is operational we should see a marked improvement in production for this sector."
Trevor Webb graduated from the University of Southern California in 1989 with a bachelor of arts degree in political science. His studies focused on international relations and entrepreneurship. Following graduation he founded Eclexion Designs Inc., a furniture company. Webb designed an exclusive line of unique furnishings and set up multiple factories in Indonesia for the manufacture of his designs. Eclexion Designs' customers included Eddie Bauer, Nieman Marcus, and Restoration Hardware. By 1998 the company had $10 million in sales and distribution spanning three continents. Webb recently sold the company to join RTI, bringing his extensive marketing, production, and management skills to the Company.
