Orbital Recruits New Chief Financial Officer

    PERTH, Australia - Orbital Engine Corporation is pleased to announce the 
appointment of Mr. Keith Halliwell as Chief Financial Officer.

    Mr. Halliwell has 16 years experience as a professional accountant.  He
was recruited from Atkins Carlyle Ltd, where he was also Chief Financial
Officer.

    Mr. Halliwell said it was a very exciting time to be joining Orbital.

    "Orbital have been making good progress recently with their technology
being commercialised by several customers.
