2000 AMA/Chevy Trucks 250cc U.S. Motocross Championships, Round 10: Spring Creek
MX Park, Millville, Minnesota, August 13, 2000

Ricky Carmichael marched another step closer to claiming his first 250cc title
by winning both motos at Spring Creek MX Park in Millville, Minnesota. David
Vuillemin finished second for the day with his 3-2 while Honda-supported Team
Amsoil/Factory Connection/Jack in the Box racer Mike LaRocco was third with a
5-3. Team Honda's Sebastien Tortelli, the current runner-up in points, lost some
ground to Carmichael with his 4-7 fourth overall. Fellow Honda Red Rider Kevin
Windham, third in points, finished eighth on the day with a 7-8 card while Ezra
Lusk returned to action after injury and finished 23rd.
