Budget's Perfect Drive Trivia Tournament Contest Calls for Golf-Loving Trivia Buffs

    LISLE, Ill., Aug. 9 Budget Rent a Car continues to tap
into America's love affair with golf with its Perfect Drive Trivia Tournament
Contest, running from August 14-25, 2000.  The contest will be promoted
through a partnership with USA Today, in which advertisements will appear
daily from August 14-21 as well as on USATODAY.com.
    Consumers must correctly answer three golf trivia questions to be entered
into the contest's drawing.  Two grand prizes of a complete set of Callaway
Hawk Eye(R) golf clubs and bag, and ten first prizes of one Callaway
Odyssey(R) White Hot(TM) putter will be awarded.  Prospective entrants can
either complete and mail the form from the USA Today print edition or email a
submission to perfectdrive@usatoday.com.  No purchase is necessary to enter or
to win.
    The contest celebrates Budget's award-winning customer loyalty program,
Perfect Drive -- a fully automated rewards program that requires no membership
fee.  Members earn one point for every dollar spent with Budget, which can
then be redeemed for car and truck rentals; Callaway Golf merchandise;
Bolle(R) eyewear; Cruise America motorhome and motorcycle rentals; airline
mile credits; spa certificates; or other premium awards.  The over 800,000
Perfect Drive members can also check their point balances or redeem points for
awards online at http://www.budget.com .  Through June 30, 2001, members will also

participating Budget location.
    Contest prizes will be awarded based on a random selection of correct
entries.  All correct entries received over the course of the contest will be
entered into the grand prize drawing.  Winners will be announced on or around
