Reynolds and Reynolds to Deploy New Dealer Communication System in Partnership With Mercedes-Benz USA
DAYTON, Ohio - The Reynolds and Reynolds Company today announced it has entered into a partnership with Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC to provide technical deployment support of MBUSA's Web-based dealer communication system, NetStar. Reynolds will supply installation services, hardware components and networking solutions to MBUSA retailers already utilizing a Reynolds retail management system.Under a separate agreement, Reynolds and Reynolds will have the opportunity to provide NetStar training to those MBUSA retail personnel who currently use Reynolds' industry-leading ERA2 retail management system. With these two agreements in place, Reynolds and MBUSA have opened the doors of opportunity for the two companies to work very closely together in the future to deliver integrated retail system solutions.

NetStar provides a wide range of applications to support all areas of the Retail Center. NetStar uses industry standard Internet technology to build a secure network between MBUSA and their Retail Centers. In real time, all the MBUSA-specific information necessary to maximize their performance and exceed their clients' expectations is instantly available where and when it is needed.
