AMETEK Names Donna F. Winquist Vice President and General CounselPAOLI, Pa. - AMETEK Inc. today announced that the Board of Directors has elected Ms. Donna F. Winquist, Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Winquist was previously Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Secretary. Frank S. Hermance, AMETEK President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "I am delighted to announce Donna's election as Vice President and General Counsel. This appointment recognizes both Donna's instrumental role in developing our in-house legal capabilities and the degree to which the Company relies on her expertise and guidance." Ms. Winquist joined AMETEK in 1991 as Manager of Legal Services. In 1992, she was named Director of Legal Services, Corporate Counsel in 1994 and Corporate Secretary in 1997. Ms. Winquist was elected a Vice President of the Company in August 1997. Ms. Winquist earned her bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining AMETEK she served as an attorney with Saul, Ewing, Remick & Saul and with Morgan, Lewis and Bockius, both in Philadelphia.
