Jaguar Cars North America Appoints New Vice President of Marketing

    MAHWAH, N.J. - Jaguar Cars North America announces the appointment of 
Michelle Cervantez to the position of vice president of Marketing.  Cervantez 
will report directly to Mike O'Driscoll, president of Jaguar North America.

    Cervantez will be a member of the senior management team at Jaguar and
will be responsible for the marketing activities in North America.  Cervantez
joins Jaguar from Ford where she held the position of Trustmark Marketing
manager and was responsible for managing Ford Motor Company's (Trustmark)
corporate advertising and events, advertising agency management as well as
Ford Motor Media.

    "Michelle is joining the Jaguar team at such an exciting time," commented
Mike O'Driscoll.  "She will play a key role in the development of our
marketing strategies and plans as we continue to build on the momentum we're
now experiencing."

    Cervantez holds an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of
Notre Dame, and a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of
Southern California.
