president, Haley becomes one of the highest-ranking women executives at Yazaki.
She also becomes the third new officer to join the company in the last several

to provide its associates with ongoing education, Haley will oversee the
company's state-of-the-art Learning Center, a 40,000 square foot, multi-media
training center located on the Yazaki campus.

"Ms. Haley is dedicated to the continuous development of Yazaki's most
important resource -- its people," said Tetsuro Suzuki, president and CEO.
"With her leadership experience and many years of human resources management,
I am confident that she will take the company's recruiting and development
programs to new heights."

Haley earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in
labor and industrial relations from Michigan State University. She has been a
member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, Society of Human Resources
Management, and the Michigan Chamber of Commerce.
