Tracks: Emerick Associates night washed out at Lebanon Valley

WEST LEBANON, NY - As anyone who lives in the northeast can tell you Mother Nature has not been kind this season. A pesky rain storm hung around for most of the day on Saturday forcing Lebanon Valley Speedway promoter Howard Commander to pull the plug at 3:00pm. Long time sponsor Emerick Associates was scheduled to bring the great Valley racing fans twin twenty-lap modified features along with a full card of exciting racing action. Emerick Associates located at 1107 Loudon Road in Cohoes, NY 12047 deals in commercial, industrial and municipal pumps. They have been serving New York and New England for over 33 years. If you need a pump Emerick Associate are the people to see. The Emerick's are also sponsors of Lebanon Valley modified champion Kenny Tremont. Racing will resume on the high banks of Lebanon Valley Speedway on Saturday August 5th as Vermeer Sales and Service and T-Net, Taconic Technologies present a full card of exciting racing action. All classes will be in action as well as the return of the very popular roll over contest. The 358 modifieds will not return to the high banks until Thursday August 10th as part of the Mr. Dirt Track USA program.
